Coverage from the Wednesday-Saturday of KWVR big 50th Anniversary Gala, including GWR Pannier 7714 (running on Thursday and Friday as Keighley's own Pannier 5775), Ivatt tank 41241 in original train livery, 46100 Royal Scot, West Country 34092 City of Wells, LNWR Coal Tank 1054, 4F 43924, Black Five 45212 and S160 5820 Big Jim. Wednesday was a Royal Scot running day, with the Thursday being a Vintage & Little Engines Day. Friday was the 50th Anniversary of the start of passenger trains with the Ivatt 2MT hauling the original carriages on a special at the same time as the first train 50 years earlier. Saturday morning saw the GWR Pannier on a freight train, which we first see emerging from Oakworth yard and then attacking Oakworth bank. www.preservedrailway.co.uk (C) Lee Andrew Davies 2018
