I wanted to do a DOD delete since the old motor was bad and I just don't trust the dod lifters. This is a common failure point in all gm vehicles. I show you to process and how to do a dod delete on any gm ls vehicle. It does require several new parts and while we were doing it I replaced the cam with a way bigger option. It can be done on the cheap but I recommend buying all new gaskets and the parts I used in this video. As we go together I talk about the torque specs and processes on how to do the dod delete on your 5.3 6.0 or 6.2. If you are looking to delete vvt and dod this is a must watch how to video.
