Eric & Dave show how they do the background cleanup. Also the way they do a double cut on small 1" outset letters. That way there is a buffer zone around the letters so you're less likely to hit them with the 90 degree v groove. Eric mentions the Provest sign. You can see close ups of it on our facebook page.
