釣りの醍醐味のひとつが自分で釣った魚を食べること。当然、食べるなら美味しい魚を食べたい。そこで今回は、東京湾を舞台に旬の魚を追い求める。沖釣りの名手・松本圭一さんは、晩夏から初冬にかけて回遊してきて脂のりも良いブリの若魚・ワラサをコマセ釣りで。カワハギ釣りの名手・鈴木孝さんは、美味とされる肝が秋から冬にかけて大きくなるカワハギを狙う。また料理研究家・高橋善郎さんが家庭でもできるワラサとカワハギ料理のレシピを紹介する。
