The support of friends carried me through tough times.
Different groups of friends support me at different stages of life. Since Singapore is a small place, everyone lives within an hour of travel time if we meet in the central area. Whenever I go back, I have so many groups of friends to meet: two groups of secondary school friends, polytechnic friends, university friends, and a few groups of ex-colleagues.
He’s the most handsome guy I’ve ever seen.
A few years ago, I went to Asakusa and rode in a rickshaw. I chose a handsome, tall rickshaw man and took a photo with him. Later, I uploaded the picture to social media. My friend in Singapore said he’s an actor. I was really surprised to hear that.
