Sabudana Vada :
Sabudana - 1 cup
Boiled Potato - 200 gm
Green coriander - 1/4 Cup
Green Chilli- 2
Ginger - 1 inch
Sendha Namak - as per taste
Crushed Peanut - 1 tbsp
Black Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black Paper Powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice

Chatni Recipe:
Green coriander- 1 Cup
Green Chilli- 2
Peanut - 1 tbsp
Fresh Coconut : 1 tbsp
Chopped Ginger- 1 Inch
Sendha Namak - as per taste
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Curd -1 tbsp

Doodhi no halvo :
Doodhi - 1 kg
Ghee - 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp
Milk - 3/4 cup
Milk Powder - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
kaju - 5 to 6
Badam - 5 to 6
Kismis - 20
Elichi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Green Food Color - pinch

Farali Sandwich :
Moraiyo : 1 cup
Sabudana : 1/4 cup
Curd : 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Masala :
ghee : 2 tbsp
ginger : 1 inch
green Chilli : 2
curry patta
Sesame Seeds : 1 tbsp
Peanut powder : 2 tbsp
Potato : 2 medium
Chopped Coriander
sugar : 1 tbsp
lemon juice : 1/2 tbsp
Chilli flacks : 1 tsp (optional )
Eno : 1/2 tsp
Cheese As Required
Ghee/tel/butter as required

Farali pettis :
Boiled Potato : 3 medium
Tapkir no lot : 1/4 cup
Salt to taste

For Masala :
Fresh Greated Coconut : 1/4 cup
Roasted Peanut Powder : 1/4 cup
Green coriander - 1/4 Cup
Boiled Potato : 1 small
Green Chilli- 2
Ginger - 1 inch
Sendha Namak - as per taste
Kaju : 1 tbsp
Kismis : 1 tbsp
Black Paper Powder - 1 tsp
Powder Sugar - 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice
Oil For Frying

Sabudana Kheer :
sabudana : 1/4 cup
Ghee : 1 tbsp
Sugar : 1/3 cup
Milk : 1/2 L
kesar : 1/4 tsp
kaju,badam,charoli,pista As required

Bataka no shiro :
Potato : 3 medium
ghee : 3 tbsp
kaju,badam,pisata As requird
Eilaichi : 1/2 tsp
Sugar : 1/2 cup
