1 - Check tires pressure - Ensure the presence of fire extinguisher - The presence of water in the car's cooling system -
2 - measuring the level of oil for the normal gearbox if there is no measurements at the top you can find it at the bottom, and note that it varies from one car to another
3 - if you have old car engine belts, do NOT throw them and keep as a reserve in your car's trunk.
4 - take a break every two or three hours at the latest if your travel is long
