This Samsung model UN60J6200AF powers on with the blinking red light but has absolutely no picture. Seems to have a backlight issue from the front, but after removing the back cover I realized it has backlight but no video. This tv repair was an easy fix by just replacing the t-con board. There should be 3 steady blue leds on the t-con board at power on, but the defective board had only 2 lights lit which means it was defective and producing a No Video symptom. The part number for this T-con is BN97-07994B.
