I'll give you the general recipe.
I've listed what I've made by eye, so when you make it, please prepare it while tasting it.
[Ingredients for overnight bread made by eyeballing]
607g bread flour
18g sugar
8g salt
4g dry yeast
300ml water
*If you bake 1/2 of the above in one block, it will take 25 minutes in a 230° oven.
*If you bake 1/2 of the above in 6 blocks, it will take 15 minutes in a 220° oven.
[Eggplant and mozzarella cheese with paprika dressing]
1/2 large eggplant
1 mozzarella cheese
*Paprika Japanese dressing
1/2 red paprika
1/2 yellow paprika
1/2 jumbo bell pepper
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp granulated dashi stock
1 and 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
A little black pepper
[Cold tomato soup]
3 tomatoes (peeled and frozen)
1 zucchini
1/2 onion
3 tbsp yogurt
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp chicken stock powder
[Whole wheat chapati]
250g whole wheat flour (plain flour is also fine)
150ml water
[Tandoori-style spare ribs]
850g spare ribs
4 cloves garlic
2 cloves ginger
1 and 1/2 tbsp paprika powder
1/3 tbsp chili pepper
1/2 tbsp garam masala
1/2 tbsp whole cumin
1/2 tbsp whole coriander
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp yogurt
3 tbsp olive oil
[Spicy Pumpkin Salad]
1/4 pumpkin
1 handful almond
1 tsp whole grain mustard
A little salt
1 tbsp wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp whole cumin
[Ingredients for milk butter bread made by eyeballing]
504g bread flour
6g dry yeast
6g salt
27g sugar
385g milk
63g butter
*If you put 1/2 of the above into an 18cm x 18cm mold and bake it, it will take 20 minutes in a 170° oven.
*If you divide 1/2 of the above into 6 equal parts and put cream cheese, apricot jam, and walnuts in it and bake it, it will take 17 minutes in a 170° oven.
[Lemon and olive oil mayonnaise]
1 egg yolk
100ml olive oil
2-3 tsp lemon juice
1/3 tsp salt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
A little lemon peel
A little pepper
