The Republic of the Philippines is a Southeast Asian country made up of over 7,000 islands of various sizes. About 80 km north-northwest of the capital Manila, in the flooded fields of Pampanga Province, lurks a 150 cm long snakehead fish called a toman. Facing off against the predator fish, also known as the giant snakehead, is Kazuhiro Uyama. He is a veteran monster fish hunter who has traveled the world. Using buzz baits, he traces the vast waters of the Philippines. In tough conditions with heavy rain... he closes in on the formidable toman.
