We are using traditional Victorian candy making techniques in a new way to make crystal candies with flowers in each piece. In this case the candy is honey flavored and the flower is a Sun Flower. We make candy like this most days at Lofty Pursuits, a candy store, soda factory and toy store in Tallahassee Florida. We serve a great brunch too. :)
