Goal Alignment + understanding your starting point
-Protein mentioned in video: 1.8g - 2.2g x kg of goal body weight.
-Fibre mentioned in video: 25-30g per day.

Here's the cliff notes so that you can start today -
►Commence tracking your calories ASAP
• Download My Fitness Pal from the App Store or website version - another tracking app if also fine if you prefer.
• The free version is all you need
• Track everything you eat, ideally weighing portions for highest accuracy
• Continue to eat how you would normally eat
• Don't stop tracking your calories
• The more data the better
►Weigh yourself daily
• Ideally at the same time each day, wearing the same/similar thing
• eg. first thing in the morning after using the toilet
• Watch the 7 days of content at a time convenient to you
• Grab your headphones and go for a walk, or listen in the car.
• Get it done!
