3. Simmered sweet potato
1 sweet potato
200ml (0.85cup) water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp say sauce
butter (as much as you like!)

4. Egg bean sprouts
3 eggs
2 tsp Chinese chicken powder
200g (7oz) bean sprouts
sesame oil
salt&pepper
spring onion
5. Asparagus potato salad
3 potatoes
5-7 asparagus
butter
1 tsp dashi powder
1/2 tsp minced garlic
salt & pepper
6. Canned mackerel with sesame sauce
1 canned mackerel in oil
200g (7oz) cherry tomatoes
★sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili oil
1 tbsp mayo
7. Sesame dressing salad
1/2 red onion
1 small broccoli
2 eggs
cherry tomatos
★dressing
3 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1 tsp dashi powder
1 tbsp sesame seeds

★About seasonings
——Substitute for Mirin and Sake—-
If you can’t find mirin or sake in your city, you can substitute them like this👇
For 1 tbsp mirin use either:
1 tbsp sake + 1/2 tsp sugar
or
1 tbsp white wine + 1/2 tsp sugar
For 1 tbsp sake use:
1 tbsp mirin
or
1 tbsp white wine
It won’t be exactly the same, but still works 😋
