When we began moving forward with diver floaters, Troy Poynter with St. Clair Guide Service was the first person we called. You will not meet a more passionate waterfowl hunter than Troy, and while he’s a great all-around waterfowl hunter, few know divers like him. We could sit here and tell you the hunts on this trip happened quickly, but that would be a bald-faced lie. We had to work for them all three days, but it was certainly worth it as we harvested a heck of a mixed bag of Canvasbacks, Redheads, Bluebills, Mallards, Pintails, Ringnecks, and Buffleheads, and we can't wait to come back next year!
