The Israeli occupation authorities released the Palestinian prisoner Mohammed Zayed from the village of Beit Liqya, west of Ramallah in the West Bank, after twenty years of detention.
When Mohammed was arrested, he had been married for less than five months, and during his detention, his wife gave birth to a child whom she named Abdullah.
After Mohammed was released, as part of the ceasefire agreement between the Palestinian and Israeli sides, Mohammed heard the word "father" from his son Abdullah for the first time.
