I'm giving you everything you need to know. It completely changed me. If you know me, you know I’m not big on promoting things that I don’t 100% believe in and I’m definitely not one to push things onto people that they don’t need. That said, I read about this program called 75Hard and it caught my interest. 75 Hard is 75 straight days of: ⁃ One progress photo ⁃ One gallon of water ⁃ Staying on a nutrition program ⁃ Working out for 45min, 2x/ day (one HAS to be outside) ⁃ Read 10 pages of a self-development book ⁃ No alcohol No doubt, at first I had a LOT of questions. I asked myself things like, “Is this too rigid of a program?” or “Will it actually be worth the time?” But, without question, the only time I ended up wasting was the time spent trying to talk myself out of starting.
