7m of prawns! Prawning in style (catch, clean, cook)

G'day Legends, This week I head out prawning with good mate Nick Whyte and we manage to find a school of prawns 7m thick!! Needless to say we get our 20L quick smart even with only one person casting the net!! Of course it wouldn't be a prawning session without a cook up, so I show you my favourite prawn cutlet recipe!
