所以我每晚瞓覺之前都會做一陣冥想練習🧘🏻♀️
因為冥想可以令到我情緒回復平靜啦,
可以減少d壓力,
仲可以增加幸福嘅感覺💕
瞓覺會瞓得好d,
慢慢就變成我既其中一個養生小習慣,🌿
因為情緒真係對我哋身體影響好大,
所以真係要學習令身心平衡,
其實冥想真係有好多好處,
