The National Orchid Garden is a major visitor attraction located at 1 Cluny Rd, Singapore. It is part of the Singapore Botanic Gardens, which is Singapore’s first UNESCO world heritage site.
The garden is internationally recognized for its living collection and archival botanical collection built over the last 150 years. It spreads over 3 hectares within the Singapore Botanic Gardens and is home to over 60,000 orchid plants. With over 1,000 species and 2,000 hybrids on display, the splendour of these gorgeous blooms is absolutely a sight to behold.
The garden is open from 08:00 to 19:00 every day. Admission charges vary with local seniors (60 years of age and above) and students paying $1, adults paying $5, and children below 12 years of age entering for free.
Visitors have praised the wonderfully displayed orchids and consider it a real treat for orchid lovers. The National Orchid Garden is not just a place for botany enthusiasts but also a must-visit for anyone looking to experience the tropical beauty that abounds in Singapore.
