Well, there are 6 basic calisthenics exercises I recommend starting out with, then there are 3 other skill-based progressions that are ideal for someone starting out. In this video, I cover all 9 of these moves and provide "mini tutorials" you can use to quickly absorb how to progress to these moves. Remember that calisthenics progress doesn't come fast for most people (certainly not for me). The information I share in this video could EASILY be a full year's training or more for a true beginner.
