I know the West Highland Way fairly well but never ran it in one go. The WHW Challenge Race presented the perfect opportunity to test my fitness and resolve by attempting to complete the full trail in under 24 hours and become a member of the 'West Highland Way in a day' club. It would prove to be a major challenge but another epic long distance event amongst some of the most beautiful scenery on the planet.
