One day passed with many interesting experiences in Hue and the most special thing is that all the visited places today are absolutely free.
Opening with a visiting craft-ladies who make “Non La” in Phu My commune, Phu Vang district. I met O Kinh at the Thanh Toan tile-roofed bridge where is not far from Phu My village, O Kinh was named as a folk artist, she is expert in all the Hue verses and owns many poems that she composed by herself. She sell drink next to Thanh Toan tile-roofed bridge for more than 40 years, and used his verses to express his heart and praise the beauty here.
In the afternoon, Khoai dropped “Banh Canh Kham” food shop in Thuy Duong area to eat thick sliced noodle soup with snakehead fish. The noodles soup here is signature hard, the soup is rich and spicy- hot along with the delicious- fragrant snakehead fish pieces. Only 12,000 VND a bowl, this is indeed a good deal. But what Khoai does not like the most is the process of making noodles. They roll the dough and cut the dough into big and small noodles in front of us, but they use plastic pipes to roll the dough, if possible they use glass bottle or other material is better.
That evening, Khoai dropped in Hue Cultural Museum at 25 Le Loi. In there every Tuesday at 8:00 pm every week, the artists will gather and perform free Hue song. This performance has been kept for the past 5 years in Hue, by Mr. Vo Que and all artists, they work hard to maintain the most original of this art. If you love Hue songs, love to learn about culture, Khoai think that this would be the place which you should not ignore when coming to Hue.
This video is ending here, and this clip is also the ending for the trip to Hue this time. Hope to receive your comment. Have a nice weekend.
