My Sourdough Bread Recipe: 200 g Active Sourdough Starter 9 g Olive Oil 328 g Warm Filtered Water 500 g Bread Flour 11 g Salt Weigh and mix wet ingredients, then weigh in your dries and add salt. Mix with a fork until a shaggy dough forms. Cover and rest 1 hour. Stretch and Fold the dough every 30 minutes 3 times, or as many as 4. Bulk Ferment for 6 hours or until doubled. Shape and continue the bulk ferment for 30 minutes. Cold proof overnight in the fridge, or 12 hours. The next day take out your bread and let it come to room temperature while your Dutch oven preheats in your oven at 450 degrees F. Score the loaf and place in Dutch oven with the lid on, and reduce the heat to 400 degrees F. Bake 20 minutes covered, 30 minutes uncovered or until deep golden brown. Cool on a wire rack, slice and enjoy! Thank you!
