Paul gets many questions about his workouts. Here is an example of a four-exercise circuit workout that he does (or one like it) when he only has a short time for a workout between appointments.
This style of workout allows him to get lots of work done in a short amount of time.
For this circuit, Paul does four exercises back-to-back, then rests for about 90 seconds.
