This is a daily movement practice for hikers and backpackers. (it's the same thing right?) This is a 20-minute basic bodyweight movement and mobility routine that enables you to make improvements on the areas of your body that are stiff, weak and/or tight. Combine this daily movement practice with your strength workouts to start building strength and control within these newly rediscovered ranges of motion!
In the Elements program, I have selected 7 simple mobility movements that boost your range of motion and combat the demands of a modern lifestyle that involves a great deal of sitting. I consider these as the most beneficial for unlocking typical tightness and stiffness that I see in both hikers and modern humans who do a lot of sitting.
