1 cup Sujji/ semolina
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar( or 1/2 of brown sugar & 1/2 white)
3/4 cup ghee( I used 1/2 cup butter 1/4 cup oil)
2 tabsp yogurt
2-3 cardamom
Nuts of choice

1 tin Evaporatedmilk
1 tin condensed milk ( 300 ml I took)
1 pack full cream( I took whipping cream 350ml)
2 bread slices
2-3 cardamom
Pista badam for garnish
Rooh afza for Rose flavour

1/2 Kg split black gram (mash dal, soaked overnight)
250ml water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin seeds( optional )
3-4 green chiliesfinely chopped
1/4 tsp baking soda
Oil for frying

1/2 kg chicken bonelessbite size
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tabsp Water
1/4 tsp salt.
Mix well and kerp aside for 15 minutes.
2nd Marinade:
Salt pepper to taste
Soy sauce- chilli sauce- vinegar-sesame oil - egg and corn flour . Marinate for 2 hours. Deep fry them.
