"This morning let's enjoy breakfast together in the garden with a new banana bread baked oats recipe! After some crystal tumbling and polishing in the studio, let's head to the garden centre to choose a few new floral treats for the garden. On our way home we'll take a little detour and discover a shimmering lake with a hidden forest trail, just waiting to be explored!

✿ Gillian's Banana Bread Baked Oats Recipe:
To make a single portion for a standard ramekin/dish: Add two scoops of porridge oats (30g) into a Nutribullet or any fine blender, then add one egg, half of a ripe banana, half teaspoon of baking powder, twist of pink salt, drizzle of maple syrup (measurement depends on your sweetness preference), dash of good quality vanilla extract, and a splash of milk to loosen the texture. Blitz until a batter is formed, and add to your dish. Finally drop in chocolate chips and bake at 170 degrees celsius for 30-35 minutes.
