oh, to desire the monotony of school only to hate it when it begins. my life in a nutshell is school and work and therefore, many hours in front of a screen. as much as I'd appreciate life, it is hard to romanticize sore eyes that need blue light glasses, a back that has many problems due to poor posture, and minor carpal tunnel in my right hand. here's to a healthier semester of taking time, listening to our bodies, and learning (well, as well as you can learn in a zoom class).
