She is also a member of the service organization Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, and was honored as a featured speaker at their Women in Leadership Awards in part for her work in the Baltimore Scholars Program and at Intel. Cori was also featured in the Sundance-selected documentary "Step," telling a positive story about her dance group in a Baltimore high school.
