This is the Midas 4816-O, and I'm specifically going to address how you can use this as a splitter for your in ear monitor rack. It's a simple way to get 16 xlr outputs sent over one cat5/ethernet cable. Very useful, and works well with my Behriner XR18, Behringer X32Rack, and many more (obviously Midas devices as well).
