This video is about Abi Akhdan's activities in refilling empty land in the garden, some land has been planted with cucumber, peanut, green bean and kale seeds, other seeds are still waiting in the seedlings in the greenhouse. Plants that can be harvested in the garden are pumpkins.
It so happens that there are old and young pumpkins, the old pumpkin is made into a dish to break the fast, namely kolak and the young pumpkin is made into a stir-fry for rice side dishes.
🥥 Pumpkin kolak recipe 🎃
. 1 small old pumpkin
. 1 kg of sugar palm fruit
. 300 g of palm sugar (according to taste)
. A pinch of salt
. 2 pandan leaves
. 1.5 liters of water (according to taste)
. 250 ml thick coconut milk
🥗 Stir-fried young pumpkin:
. 1 young pumpkin
. 500 g chicken breast fillet
. 7 shallots
. 4 garlic
. 2 large red chilies
. Cayenne pepper (if you like it spicy)
. 2 scallions
. 1 tomato
. 2 tbsp oyster sauce
. Salt, powdered broth, sugar to taste
. Water to taste
. Oil for sauteing

. 2-3 tomatoes
. A little salt
