Video Not Working? Fix It Now

I wanted to collect some thoughts I had about rhythm into a basic framework for rhythmic analysis, and that's exactly what I did in this video. The material's pretty basic, but it provides a jumping off point from which to explore the rhythms of melodies, bass lines, and other types of musical figures that I've found pretty helpful to understand better how these things work. Plus all of the examples are from Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, which has a great soundtrack despite being kind of the black sheep of the Zelda franchise! Enjoy!
