A GREAT cast for BIG flies, HEAVY flies, windy days, or a team of team of flies.

This is an evolution of what has become known as the Belgian, or Oval cast. It's one of the more important of the fundamental casts to have in your repertoire, especially if you like to cast big flies and heavy flies - but it's also a GREAT cast for windy days, or for when you're using a team of flies such as a 2 nymph indicator rig, a dry dropper, or a 2-3 fly Loch style rig.
