The film tells the story of Yecheng, the capital of the state of Chu, which was captured by Wei in 360 BC. In order to take revenge, the three Chu assassins went to kill the king of Wei. Assassins Lei and Cicada fail to kill the king, while assassins Hao Xue escapes and goes undercover to search for the exiled prince Mi Zheng, the prince of Chu, to find another chance for revenge. When Wei learned of this, they also sent assassins to look for Mi Zheng, to eliminate the root of the problem and defeat Chu completely. Will the state of Chu be able to recover the country from its past shame?
