📽 Episode 43 of "I am an Outsider" features Rina, a Japanese woman who has settled in Korea. Her husband, Jungkyu, is my ROTC colleague and friend. After completing his military service in June 2017, Jungkyu went on a trip to Japan with his friends where he unexpectedly met Rina.
Their story is particularly beautiful because of its serendipitous nature - they didn't meet inside a club, but on the street outside. It's a remarkable reminder of how unpredictable and beautiful life's connections can be. Today, they're happily raising their three children: Luna, Haru, and Sui :)
