The view from the train window is on the left side up to Maibara Station, and from Maibara Station onwards, the view is from the right side.
With the extension of the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Tsuruga, the operating section was shortened to Tsuruga Station, and all seats are now reserved, with no unreserved seats.
The train ran at 130km/h from Tsuruga to Kanazawa, but now that it stops at Tsuruga, it unfortunately no longer runs at 130km/h.
