This isn't just any trip - it's a heartfelt homage to Patricija’s homeland and a love letter to Lithuania and its people, both at home and around the world. We're showcasing the bravery, resilience, culture and beauty that define this incredible country.
After a magical day in the northern region, our adventure continues from the historic Pakruojis Manor, where we had an incredible breakfast in a beautiful setting and immersed in the eerie stories of ghosts and the manor’s haunting past. From there, we traveled to the Kleboniškiai Open-Air Museum, as we explored the traditional homesteads of rural Lithuania.
Next, we found ourselves captivated by the beauty of a sunflower field in Radviliškis. As we ventured towards Panevėžys, we dived into the rich history of the narrow-gauge railway and one of the most thrilling parts of the day was exploring the inside of the Pasvalys Partisan Bunkers. Hidden deep in the forest, these bunkers tell the stories of the brave partisans who fought against Soviet occupation, a solemn reminder of Lithuania’s fight for freedom.
Finally, we wrapped up our journey at the Biržai Observation Tower, where the panoramic views of the surrounding lakes and forests left us speechless, offering a serene end to another unforgettable day.
