On the 3rd interview, Choi Gyum meets Jang Aeri who’s changed her life around at the age of sixty through healthy dieting. She speaks of what kind of food she avoided and how she applied #intermittent fasting in her daily routine.
During her weight loss period, Ms. Aeri had #one meal a day with her daily bulletproof coffee to supply energy and stabilize hunger pangs.
Afterwards, she’s been having two meals a day. She cut down on sugar, flour, unhealthy cooking oil, and fried food. She also improved her sleeping habits (She never realized that she needed to work on her sleep patterns).
What struck me was the fact that those who take special care of their meals prepared the right way almost always succeed in their dieting.
The message she had for future dieters also resonated throughout her talk.
