I usually hate meal prepping because i'm not a fan on repetition and overdue leftovers! I like my food fresh or max 2 days old BUT this 4 day plan was really enjoyable to introduce me back into meal prepping!
With prices going up, I’ve been enjoying finding ways to spend wisely! Grocery bills per week for 1 is usually $100+ but the goal is to get my necessities without the fluff!
So I decided to see what $50 could get me @traderjoes ✨
I did split my shopping by also stopping at the fruit stand outside! Which helped because they had some of the same products I wanted for a much cheaper price!
One thing I would always recommend ( even though it may be a headache for some ) is to shop at multiple stores! Reason being is different stores may vary in
✅ Quality of the items
✅ Prices for the same exact items
✅ Product selection
