In this video, I show you how to make authentic curry at home.I also give you a good recipe. I also show you tips on how to make it taste authentic and how to make it richer. This recipe will take your home curry up a notch!

(Ingredients) (8-10 servings)
600g of beef cut-offs (Japanese beef is recommended)
900g (3 large onions)
2 small carrots
S&B Fond du Bois dinner curry (10 servings) 1 box
1 liter of water

1.5 tablespoon of salad oil

Cut the onions into 5mm pieces and chop the carrots into chunks.


Fry the onions and carrots slowly in salad oil for 30 minutes.

3. Prepare another frying pan and heat over high heat until light smoke appears.

Sprinkle the beef lightly with salt and grill it in three parts.

5. Do not tamper with the beef during grilling; it should be fragrant and brown. When only one side of the beef is browned, add it to the pan in step 2.

When the meat is browned, pour 70cc of water into the pan and scrape off the sticking flavor.

Put on the fire and pull out the scum.

When the scum is gone, put the roux and dissolve it completely, and simmer for 3 hours over low heat. Simmer over low heat for 3 hours.

Stir with a wooden spoon to prevent the bottom of the pot from getting burnt.

After 9.3 hours, check the taste and if the mixture is too thick, add a little water.
If the water is too thick, add a little water.

10. Finally, taste and if the mixture is ready to serve, it is done.
