Video Not Working? Fix It Now

Welcome to another Mutt Amps video, where the production value equals the wattage! Here's a quick and dirty look and play of a Stradolin 550R solid-state guitar amp, built in the mid-1980s. This attractively styled amp outputs about 10-15 watts, and has a good, warm tone similar to a low-wattage tube amp. It has better-than-average components inside and features gain and reverb, in addition to an interesting bass-treble EQ setup. The amp was made by Multivox. The Premier P-50R is similar if not the same amp under different badging. The playing is bad, but the info is good, so sit a spell and check out this pound puppy. Standard disclaimer: I know my playing isn't great, and the riffs are repetitive by design; its to see how certain things sound across all the amps I build. ➡️For more about my tube amp projects, vintage valves and how they are used, plus how-to info, visit https://muttaudio.wordpress.com/ ➡️Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/muttamps/ ➡️Don’t forget to subscribe for more videos on tube amps, valve amplifier repairs, and vintage amp sound tests.
