Ingredients (for 1 or 2 persons)
8 to 10 oysters
1 pack eringi
1 cut lemon
4 tablespoons flour
1.5 tbsp green laver
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
2 tbsp sake
10g butter
10g black pepper
Recipe
1. Cut eringi into bite-sized pieces. Cut lemon out.
2. Wash oysters with salt, potato starch, and grated radish.
3. Wipe off the water from the washed oysters with kitchen paper. Mix flour and green laver, and sprinkle on oysters as batter.
Fry the oysters and eringi in a frying pan, browning them. When they are browned, add the seasoning.
Sprinkle with butter and black pepper to finish. Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
