A very dangerous and terrible ruling is today's topic from the 5th Circuit as they have somehow or another found that suppressors are not protected by the Second Amendment. Peterson, a ruling from a 3 Judge panel in the 5th Circuit that just flat out missed it, but leaves suppressors very vulnerable for future regulation with this line of reasoning.
