please remember this is from my experience of these things, and everyone is unique and will experience things differently xx I hope if you're in the trenches this gives you some glimmers of hope, it took me years to get to this place & it's still a work in progress. Also be aware I have also had the privilege of therapy on/off since I was about 17, and now have the flexibility with this being my job to tailor my life more to me !!!
