Have you ever noticed that the very item you use every night to place your head on, can make incredible tracing triggers? This is what we are attempting in this video. We try to create relaxing sounds with the pillows I use so you can peacefully drift off to sleep. I have also tried not to speak so much this time😂, focusing mostly on tracing the pillows, which from my understanding, creates sort of a white noise💤.
