1 sweet potato
1/2 onion
1 tsp dashi powder
600ml (2.5 cup) water
3-4 tbsp miso

■Mushroom miso seasoned rice
2 rice cups of rice
150g (5.3oz) mushrooms
★sauce
2 tbsp sake
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1.5 tbsp miso
salt
■Salmon and mushrooms in butter soy sauce
2 pieces salmon
150g (5.3oz) mushrooms
butter
black pepper
wasabi *optional
★sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp sake
1 tbsp soy sauce
■Miso soup
3-4 pieces lettuce
1 egg
1 tsp dashi powder
600ml (2.5 cup) water

■Soup
1 carrot
1/2 onion
1 dashi bag
600ml (2.5 cup) water
3-4 tbsp soy sauce
■Simmered mackerel
2-3 mackerels
small piece of ginger
★sauce
100ml (0.42cup) water
3 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp sake
3 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp miso
■asparagus & mushroom stir-fry
6 asparagus
3 mushrooms

2 tsp soy sauce

■Meat ball soup
1/2 onion
1 carrot
4-5 mushrooms
1 tbsp Chinese chicken powder
600ml water (2.5cup)
1 tbsp soy sauce
★meat ball
300g (11oz) minced chicken
spring onion
sesame seeds
1 tbsp sake
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp flour
■Paprika side dish
2 paprika
sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce

Day5
■Sweet potato rice
1 sweet potato
2 rice cups of rice
1 tbsp sake
salt
■Green paprika stir-fry
4 green paprika
3 eggs
salt&pepper
★sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp sake
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp miso
1 tbsp mayo
■Kimchi soup
300ml (1.3 cup) water
1/2 Chinese chicken powder
1 carrot
kimchi (as much as you like!)
1/2 pack tofu
1/2 tsp gochujang
1 tbsp miso
green onion

★About seasonings
——Substitute for Mirin and Sake—-
If you can’t find mirin or sake in your city, you can substitute them like this👇
For 1 tbsp mirin use either:
1 tbsp sake + 1/2 tsp sugar
or
1 tbsp white wine + 1/2 tsp sugar
For 1 tbsp sake use:
1 tbsp mirin
or
1 tbsp white wine
It won’t be exactly the same, but still works 😋
