Bread: 4.5 cups of flour, 1.5 cups warm water, 1.5 tsp salt, 2 tsp yeast, 2 tsbp olive oil, 1 tbsp sugar. Form a dough (I used my bread machine to form dough). Let rise for 30 mins then bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes covered in a Dutch oven, then remove lid and bake an additional ten minutes. *MUST* let the bread rest!!! If you cut into it too soon it will be gummy and remain gummy.
