- 1 KG MUTTON (MIX)
- 2 ONIONS (MEDIUM SIZE)
- 4-5 TBSP YOGURT
- 3-4 POTATOES (CUT IN BIG ROUNDS )
- 2 TOMATO (SLICED)
- 2 GREEN CHILLIES
- CORIANDER LEAVES CHOPPED
- 1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
- 2 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
- 1/2 TSP HALDI
- 2 TSP CHILLI POWDER
- 2 TSP DHANIYA POWDER
- GARAM MASALA (SABUT)
- 1/2 CUP COOKING OIL
