Hey explorers! I`ve been back out in the country for the last week getting some pretty wild old homes way out in the bush and paddocks and this one is no exception!
What an adventure it was to head out in to the overgrown scrub to find 2 old homes that have been forgotten and pretty much lost in the paddocks.
The roof of the first home was just visible from the far off highway which is what made me check it out via google maps and ear mark it for exploration! :-)
The area is farmland and once these homes had a long drive way leading out to them form the highway but as the contents inside the homes suggest they have not been occupied since about 1992.
The first home is definitely a late 1800`s build and never had electricity, and in my opinion would have last had some shearers or roustabouts staying in there although many decades ago.
It does seem to have had some more recent stuff stored there by someone.
The second home is right in the thick of the scrub and only just visible when you know where to look from. This second home is particularly eerie and also very serene. Seems to have maybe started of as a small hut/cottage and had add ons along the way.
It has a mix of interesting interiors and things left behind to suggest a type of minimalist hippy type set up although there was power to this one.
So come along for the adventure guys and thanks for watching! :-)
