Viivikonna is located in eastern Estonia
The city was completed by 1955. The mine there was closed in 1974, after that people started to leave.
It is believed that in the best days, more than 9,000 people lived in Viivikonna. As of today, it is believed that there are still 90 residents in Viivikonna.
